Queries and/or Orders can be taken by email or by telephone. If emailing, please include your current contact telephone numbers - both home and mobile. If we do not respond straight away, please allow a couple of day's grace, and then follow us up.   At times we get swamped by an influx of orders, and when other things crop up in our lives, your email may easily go unread or overlooked, especially during peak periods such as Christmas etc.

We will try our best to meet an occasion deadline, ie. birthday etc, within reason.

When placing an order by email, the onus is on you to provide the correct spelling for the design. Please also note your preferred font, and whether the stamping is to be darkened, or left plain. There are so many variables with this range of jewellery, and we welcome any ideas that you would like to put forward to us. 

Sometimes we may suggest an alternate font or even a different layout if space is limited.  We will discuss these with you if there are any issues prior to commencing your order.

Payment..

We can accept credit card payments by telephone, or payment for your order can be made cheque, money order or by direct deposit.  Payment by instalments is also acceptable.
